You don't calculate healer weights in the same way you calculate DPS weights, because as opposed to DPS roles, healers don't maximize throughput with every GCD resulting in some kind of a measureable action. You never maximize HPS and heal on cooldown, thus counting weights for your healing game becomes hard. You can calculate the statistical increases for heals with both CRT and DET, but not for SPSP (unless you literally heal on cooldown). However, due to CRT synergy with Adloquium, it is pretty much a given CRT stacking is the norm (and how enmity issues never arise on a SCH with crit-shields being nice regardless of the heal).
If you want to calculate DPS weights for the SCH, you can use SMN as a rough reference point as both are essentially dot-jobs.
Ahh thanks that helps I' look for the DoTs on SMNs unless someone can provide that
But I was looking along the lines of
Like how much DET = MND for a SCH and what not ....And CRT=For healing out put I guess
Just trying to maximize my gear the best way I can
DET to main stat conversion exists for MND too, but I am not entirely sure how it pans out at i130~. I would figure it's close to 4 DET = 1 MND -range, but someone with more factual information can probably chime in here, as I haven't done any testing since 2.3 and i110. It might in fact be closer to the 3 range, but who knows.
For CRT, you have to account in for play-styles as well, because the potency increase for Adloquium is not proportionate to how other skills benefit from CRT. People who play less "Adlo-happy" will not get as much out of their CRT stacking than those who play Adlo-happy.
You can however calculate your average healing using your average non-crit heals as baseline, then account in for the crit rate as per the crit formulas lying around and formulate your crit-fixed average heal. (Then do the same thing with DET-stacking accounting in for non-crits and crits as well, with the lower overall crit rates of the DET building).
