First ever gay couple NPC's

You say it doesn't reflect real life and they are just NPCs yet you had people thinking this topic was about actual good representation in games and media. There was actually a healthy discussion in this topic but it turns out the disturbing original intent was just a way to publicly display your perverted thoughts.

This topic was never originally made to be about representation at all, just about you freaking out over gay NPCs.

Yah, the topic was not made to talk about representation about gays, it *lead*. Second, I can say what I want too, if I want to make a comment about fantasizing the black cat guy in a fantasy game, I can, if I want to make a SKYRIM joke(CURVED SWORDS, really guys, that one was easy just like an arrow in the knee) I can, just like you can point you opinion about the representation on gays in video games.

Please let the actual members of the LGBT community speak when it comes to these kind topics. Do not speak over us

I'm not even slamming anyone nor playing the victim(I did say I did made the title *wrong*) but I AM defending myself and the reason why I have to edit cause the forums have a very limited characters for posts. If the GMs want to lock this thread, I say go ahead cause it is going down hill no lie on that.

I didn't have a problem with this thread until I saw Zoralink's post was deleted. At this point, IMO, the OP was of the notion "Omg, I like this, agree with me" and the implied "If you don't like what I like, don't post, plzkthxbye."

The FACT that his post was deleted tells a lot.

I am also 100% pro on the subject, but I don't force my opinions onto others, nor do I make light of it unless called for. People keep saying that one needs to tackle the subject matter in order to make any progress, but, in this case, I do not think that this is the right way to do so, not by a long shot.

Calypsx, there's no need to even say " representation being gay myself" I really don't care if you are gay, BI or not, I could be "BI" but who knows, I'm not stating it.

Here's the thing. My identity is important, it's part of who I am. Yes we are all people in the end, but we are all people with differences.

It's not about hiding those differences, it's not about acting like those differences don't exist, but supporting them and treating everyone equally as a result. So yeah, I'm gay. That's not "shoving it" in anyone's face, that's just me stating part of who I am.

Forgive me for saying what I did before but you didn't really make it very clear to me that you were bi from your statement. I thought you were just making some sort of joke like you've been doing constantly throughout this entire topic. I apologize for that.

This thread really devolved and badly, and the OP title and what the OP wanted, extremely misleading. If people would like to discuss this further, with the intent of discussing any of the topics previously mentioned in this thread... head on over to the first thread that popped up about this, which btw there was a thread made about this already.
