Details:
In the Rules on In-Game Bugs reporting thread, the following is stated:

Rules on In-Game Bugs
  • To reduce the number of duplicate reports, we ask that you use the search function and avoid creating a new thread if the same bug has already been reported. If you wish to contribute further information, please post a reply to the existing thread.
However, doing so is impossible. Bugs that have been moved to the "Accepted Bugs" section cannot have additional information added. Attempting to do so presents the error message:
Nyalia, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
As I can post here, this falls under #1 - forum-goers cannot post replies to threads in the Accepted Bugs subforum.

Either the rules should be amended to account for this restriction (either stating that additional information for Accepted Bugs should not be posted or that a new thread should be created to post it), or threads in the Accepted Bugs forum should allow for additional information to be posted.

Steps:
  1. Read the rules for the In-game Bugs subforum and note what to do when presented with a bug that has already been reported and moved to the Accepted Bugs subforum, but the bug report is incomplete and lacking key details about the bug.
  2. Access the incomplete bug report thread in the Accepted Bugs subforum.
  3. Attempt to post additional information to the thread as outlined in the rules. Note that you cannot.
