More Housing Customizations

I'm the kind that likes customization above all things, and I see this game has some possibilities I'd like to see expanded upon. First I would like to see in guild housing, the ability to decorate your own door with Final Fantasy stickers, etc. So instead of a instance single door, you'd have your own hallways of doors that had unique decorations for each guild member. Second would be if you don't have a guild, ( or even if you do.) to be able to buy your own land out in the wilderness to defend, and to build houses on to become a landlord whom can rent out houses to others. You could even buy individual land for yourself.

So what do you guys think? It's probably been suggested before, but I just wanted to have my say in that direction.

Interesting idea, I would think if this idea were ever implemented it would be after 3.0 when there is more land available. The big obstacle here is that currently housing is in an instanced area, this idea would make housing available in a non instanced area, not sure if SE would want to go that route.

I wish they would completely copy Rift dimension design from the ui to the idea of allowing 100% player creativity ...huge huge customization possibilities, and allows for unreal player creativity.

Combine that with the artistic talent of the graphic design team of ffxiv?....would be the best idea eva.
