Time to address long queue times for low level players

Maths question.

If A data center has a 3:1:1 dps healer tank ratio and B data center also has 3:1:1, what is the ratio if you merge those servers? What effect would this have on DPS times?

Fair enough, but more people in the pool = reduced queue times regardless of the role ratio, because more people = more players leveling alts. It's the same reason level 50 pops faster than low level dungeons, at 50 the ratio is still most likely 3:1:1 but because there's more people it doesn't take as long...
