I'm assuming it was because you didn't include the title of your submission ("Shy Moogle") within the entry itself. It was only included outside of the piece (in the forum text).

"The entry image must contain an identifier that displays character name, World name, and the title of the submission."

That said, I would have given it to you anyways as you are Lala!
