I'd just treat this with fightclub rules. Keep contracts outside the ingame chat.

I called SE this morning and they said it was fine but nothing can be done if I draw something and the other person decides to not pay.

I was considering drawing people's characters for gil.
Before I do this I was wondering if that is allowed or if its a form of RMT for doing a irl service for in-game money.

I have no idea how forums work, my friend just told me to make a post and see if a GM responds.
