I made a thread earlier on how they might better manage the RMTs, and I welcome any additional suggestions you may have.

RMTs and Bots are characters made on a server by an illegitimate third party. They are scripted computer programs to serve one of two purposes, Gil farming and Gil selling. The /tells you receive are from (usually) Lv.1 GLD located in Ul'dah. Their sole purpose is to bombard you with messages about their scammy website that will likely steal your credit card when you try to purchase in-game Gil with real-world money. Hundreds if not thousands of these fake accounts are removed from FFXIV each day, but currently the only method we have is to blacklist the player, then go to the support tab and file a report.
