Problem with the kicking system

I wouldn't have kicked them; I'll tell them to eat the damn penalty like I do when I find something unsavory enough to make me leave a group.

Like this: why waste a 6 hour cooldown action (or was it 4?) I have to get rid of the real harassing people on an idiot that refuses to do his job? Just start and pull Snowcloak isnt that hard... I he afks -> report straight away / If he joins you get your dungeon done / If he leaves its ok he eats penalty.
