I say get rid of lockouts in these 24 man raids all together from the start, then we can actually get modern gear for more than 2 or 3 jobs and won't feel like we're wasting a massive amount of time when you don't see the drops you're looking for in over 20 runs.

I'm aware that it's not necessary to gear up other jobs for most of the content in this game but to me it would make things like WoD a lot more fun.

Doing something that can take up to and sometimes over an hour for a small handful of tomes and an extremely small chance at a minion just doesn't float my boat but I feel like the only way I can gear up my alts with things that aren't over 6 months old is to do WoD over and over again until my eyes bleed.
