Stuck on T5 looking for a static

Basically long story short I haven't made any real progress in the raiding scene in this game even though I've played since the ps4 launch.
This really irritates me because I came from WoW where I raided quite a bit (only in MoP)
I was also a pretty big PvPer but that doesn't matter for this.

Anyway..I'm tired of not raiding, I really miss it.
I could have probably gotten past T5 along time ago but I'm not really huge into pugging. I'd be much more content with a static team with people I can get along with.

I tried to form my own static and that failed horribly due to not being able to get a full team. I'm not a raid leader.

So if anyone is recruiting I'd love to join. Obviously I don't have much raid experience in FFXIV but I don't consider myself a bad player by any means and I can learn a fight quickly. I'm very confident in my skills as a player in general and I know the only thing holding me back is the lack of a group.

My jobs are:
i119 MNK
i110 SMN
i108 BRD
i113 WAR/PLD
i113 NIN

Would prefer to raid as NIN but I'm comfortable playing anything listed besides PLD(too boring for me personally)

I can raid any day but I can't do mornings.
