Semantics is about the meaning. Two different verbs are not semantics as they can drastically alter the meaning of an actual sentence.

And none of this in any way goes to the original post. The tactic of deconstructing the sentence structure and wording of someone's post ignores the merits of their post and reduces the discussion to linguistics. I do not need to remind you of what kind of poster does that do I?
