The support guy literally just guaranteed me that within 24 hours the servers would reset and remove any inactive characters from instances and duties so you can log in to them again. He said "hopefully it wont take that long, but yes". Hope to get off work tomorrow and be able to play again, they said I would be able to within 24 hours. So its probably the same for you guys too.

I also contacted the support center, twice, since first one just said its a problem with my ISP/port forwarding and closed the chat immediately, I didn't even say a single sentence.

However, the second one was much better -- At least he listened to what I wanted to say. He said "If you were disconnected mid-game and the character is stuck in an instance, it may take up to 24-hours for the servers to refresh and log-off any inactive characters." and "Unfortunately, the servers/data centers run through an automated system that refreshes periodically."

So even if they didn't do an emergency maintenance, probably will be refreshed by it self tomorrow.

Kinda disappointed giving that a lot of people having this issue for a few hours now and they didn't even announce anything about it.
