FCoB Static LF PLD for T13!

Hi! We're looking for a Paladin to be Bahamut's punching bag. We're a hardcore group of players really REALLY wanting to down this fight. We're currently at phase 3 and are in dire need of a strong main tank.

Requirements!

High ilvl, around 120 give or take.

Consistent! We need someone who is online often. We currently raid four days, and our schedule right now is up in the air until we find a tank.

Experience in T13 is not necessary, however experience in the preceding turns is. We are flexible though, if you're good and learn fast, we might be able to work with that.

Teamspeak! You must have TS and a mic. You must also be able to speak English.

You should also have good communication, during raids (without talking over others) and after (critique/suggestions/etc).

You do not need to join our FC to be part of our static.

My sub is running out, but I'm considering re-subbing and potentially x-fering to a EU server, but I would have a few questions?

What times do you usually raid GMT which is server time I believe?
What's Lich like in terms of stuff to do in PF, MB prices?
How good would you say the group is?
Are you guys interested in min/maxing?
What's your statics goals for 3.0?

Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. We have currently picked up a tank for T13 and are re-progressing first phases (currently in last again).

Our raid times are usually 8ST onwards till around 11ST latest. (PM). Currently we're going 7ST to 11ST due to pushing a kill.
Lich is quite crowded, but strangely PF isn't full, I usually see one page in PF, whereas NA servers see multiple pages. I'm not sure what MB prices you're after, IV Materias are around 450k.
Our group is strong, our healers are competent, our DPS very rarely mess up, our weak point right now is our tanks.
If you mean gear wise or rotation wise, yes.

For 3.0 we're planning to raid regularly. The current full group probably won't go as one though, it's way too early to tell, but I think we have about half a group in mind already for the new raids, at the moment we're prioritizing people who can raid for several hours about 4 days a week minimum, so you'd be more than welcome there if you're interested.
