We want to buy a bigger FC house but we have a member that hasn't emptied his room

So we are ready to buy a bigger FC house. I've found the new plot and everything. Only problem is we have A FC member that hasn't been on in two day.

So, first... I can demolish the house still right?

Second, will he lose all his placed furniture?

I know that if you kick a FC member that their stuff is now moved to a NPC in the housing district. Not sure if the same goes for demolished rooms.

To be honest, I was about to demolish everything and just pay him back for all his furniture but I walked in and was amazed by how much work he had put into it. I would hate for him to lose everything but we may lose the new plot if he takes too long to log in.

Youll needed to kick from FC. Bird will be out as usual (if stabled), Items from room that cannot be removed get lost (like when u demolish the room) and rest will be at Calamity Salvager (I think this guy has your Furniture in that case).

Werhusky is correct. It will not allow to do demolish the house while any private rooms are still intact, furnishings or not. Other than the member demolishing the room himself, the only other way to get the room demolished is to boot the member.
