Duty finder queue seems broken.

I noticed something like this, but prior to patch 2.5. I posted about it Here. We kept going from nearly full, to being the only group in the queue. I'm not sure why either. As mentioned in that post we had a full group, but when we queued less then full it was very quick. I'm not sure how the DF works, or if it's working as intended.

I say full premade but this is just a full group. We just did ST and waited maybe 10 mins max with a group of 5 of us. Then we decided to get a full group from our FC and been waiting forever. It's almost like the DF server keeps rerouting other people to other groups or something strange. Is this normal?

Judging by the "average wait time" I don't think this is working like it should. The DF server expected us to get in fast with a full group. Yet everytime we had a near full ally in the queue, entire groups would drop off and go somewhere else.
