    Movement for Traditional

Don't get me wrong I like arcanist its fun and does tons of damage. BUT I've been thinking and arcanist is supposed to basically be red mage right? Does anyone else miss the traditional red mage you know with sword and shield casting both white magic and black magic. I would love to see them bring it back in an expansion maybe using a rapier instead of regular sword since those are designated for gld and pld lol. but I would like to see it played more like red mage in ff11 casting enchant buffs on yourself but extended to the party as well this time. Am I alone in this?? What are yalls thoughts on it and what would you like to see?

An arcanist is an arcanist, otherwise it would be called red mage

Don't give them any ideas, they'll make RDM a 3rd Job for ACN...

I don't get how you think a pet class has something to do with red mage...
Oh cause in 11 rdm had dots?
Classic rdm (in most FF) was about being able to cast both white and black magic, but not being able to specialize. Arcanist has carby and dots. Then it could go scholar or summoner, and again nothing t do with red mage.
