    So, I'm thinking of getting myself A Final Fantasy related Tattoo and I lack the skill to draw it and I don't know anyone who has the skill to do so, this is where you shine!

    This is the Tattoo Idea I want:
    background is a Comet crashing down
    foreground would be an airship, inside of the airship will be Biggs, Wedge, and a Chocobo

    Idea is simple but the execution would be Amazing to see.

    If I may be so bold, I kind of get the vibe here that you're looking for something free. If you're looking for quality art I would suggest you find an artist who's work is something you admire and then offer to pay her or him for a custom piece. Artists are professionals, same as anything, and it can be insulting to suggest that they should do it for free. Some do sometimes but it's bad form to ask for that.
