Larger, more customizable FC window

I manage a large FC on Hyperion with 200+ members. While the in-game Free Company window is sufficient, it could be a lot better. I've noticed you can't sort by rank or see how long someone has been a member, among other things. The company board is nice, but a larger sticky post area would be amazing. The tabs within the Topics tab would probably be better served as tabs of their own. I know 'Members Online' can be rather difficult to navigate because it's confined to a space roughly 1/5 of the window, that can't be resized. These are just things I've noticed I'm sure there are many other concerns. I personally am just calling for a reevaluation and expansion of the FC window for the better.

Also, would it be possible to have a player's name appear on a crop they planted and even further - would it be possible to make it so only that player could harvest their own crop. I'm aware of the current gardening options, but these apply to entire ranks and not individuals.
