I'm not going to name names as to what happened, but my guildmate and I just did a raid where every member of the party voted this one person out. Which means that 7 of us had vote dismissed this particular person out of our alliance. It also means that that same person rejoined the alliance 7 times.

Rather than having that person locked out of our raid, the game blocked us from removing the same troublesome member again. How does this make any sense at all? This mechanic is totally broken. If a party member has been voted out at the very least twice (because sometimes once is enough to settle some issues about the nuisance that person is causing), then that person should either A) be locked out of that specific alliance or B) locked out of duty finder for some given period of time.

The fact that the current settings punish the party instead of the problem player is ridiculous and should be looked into and (if possible) fixed.
