    5006 Lobby Error

    Every time I click Start and it tries to connect to the Data Center I get an Error 5006 "The lobby server connection has encountered an error." and then shuts the entire game down. I'm on US Behemoth.

    Something is acting up... 5006 repeatedly, followed by having issues even logging in. I finally got in just now, hopefully this was a brief moment of log in server stupidity. Edit: my log in troubles also applied to trying to make this post. The game seemed to magically fix itself after I managed to log in to Lodestone.

    I've got it twice today myself... Of course I've been having other issues so I'm choosing to just reinstall the game however the quick fix for error: 5006 is to flush your dns.

    Start Button > Command Prompt (You can type cmd in the search) > type ipconfig /flushdns

    The fact that several people are experiencing this today though suggests it's something else.
