I finally did it... disabled tells with busy status. RMT unbearably bad.

It is really not our job as players and customers to report RMT, keep track of our blacklist, and if that doesn't work, block tells and not being able to talk to our friends, it's SE's job.

priority is for customers to cope with continuous exploits promulgated by
