FC Mount Speed Buff

Well it's meant to be an advantage. I certainly don't see anything too OP about it.

And for people that don't like to play in a free company and are generally solo, or even free companies that aren't high enough level for FC buffs yet.

I honestly would hate to see this implemented in game, partially due to people complaining even more at hunts 'wahhh ninja pullers wahhh'

And I'm pretty sure Duuude007 is spot on with something mentioned in the past about never making mounts faster than they already are.
