Can we get all CDs reset after a wipe?

Wouldn't this be nice...especially in endgame content, where you are testing stuff and learning battles via trial and error, sometimes you wipe right after some people have used long CDs and then you have to wait for 2-3 minutes before engaging the boss again.

What's preventing SE from implementing something like this?

Only thing I can think of is that the CDs, if you wait for them, take a chunk out of your total time remaining to completion. Maybe this is intentional or maybe it was overlooked when they made the adjustment for city states. I'm not too keen on the latter as they had the opportunity to ditch it but you still face CDs even outside of city states. Must be some reason......

This really needs to happen. So much wasted time. Also arguments between people about whether we should wait for cool downs or not. It creates unnecessary stress.

'Other' games do it. There could be a cut-off of say cooldowns of three minutes or higher reset.

I really can't think of a single excuse on how this could be abused. I personally hate when my static wipes just as I use a long cooldown, as I know that'll prevent us from immediately pulling. Please please please Square, give us this QoL

This got my vote. All the time we spend waiting for our CD to be available again when practicing endgame adds up. When we are still learning mechanic we don't really care if our CD are available, but when we start to progress through phases, CD availability becomes more important. I don't really see how this can be abuse, I mean it's full party wipe, we will need to restart the fight anyway, rather than have us waiting why not just reset all our CD so we can get back to it faster.
