    Unable to complete version check.

I know this is in the wrong place, but for whatever reason I can't seem to post it in the right place.
So me and my girlfriend brought this game a few days back, ran fine. Then today, I could login fine but she couldn't. She got this "unable to completely version check [30605][20448][10009][10019]"
We have tried to Verify intergrity of game cache, which seemed to find something wrong, redownloaded about 8 gig, but it didn't help at all. I found some boot file to edit and tried that it did nothing, then some other boot file to force it to update the game, didn't help. Though there doesn't look like there was any patchs out anyway.

If someone could help us at all that be awesome. I'm not sure what else to try at this point.

You may wish to contact SE support directly about this, but...

    1. Try a complete reinstall. Sounds like something really kicked out... so, I'd remove the whole game, and install again (And I don't recommend steam's repair feature for a game that has its own launcher/updater)
    2. If the issue recurs... check for hardware issues. Mysterious corruption can be symptomatic of bad memory, but other things could cause it as well.

Those are all the tips I can offer from afar. Good luck!

It seems to have fixed itself. Girlfriend loaded up the game the next day, logged in then the game reloaded about 8 gig. Seems to still be working. Still very odd to what cause it to stuff up.
