If you were banned from trading with someone for 5 minutes after he declined it would be solved. OFC it would annoy people who declined by mistake but things like that just happen.

Far too often I have to decline a trade to make room for it in my bags...
Why not just make an option wherein you have to confirm the trade first?
It will pop up like an invite, you accept (or even just left-click on the notice to accept, right-click to decline), and proceed to trade. You can have two notices at a time, one for the first person requesting a trade, and the other for the most recent request besides the first person. A person cannot request a trade again until their prior trade has first been declined, or the two people have moved out of trading range, thereby auto-declining (extend trade range to say... 9 meters, which should be just enough time to prevent the person from sprinting in and out to constantly refresh the trade).
