    Who are these?

    The image below are illustration guildleaders/GC, etc. representing their respective nation. I recognize all except 2 people.

    On the Ul'Dah side I don't recognize the Lalafel Paladin (between Minfilia and Jenlyns)

    And Limsa side I don't know the guy with the musket

    I remember her from the Moogle delivery quest. Her name is Rhoswen and she currently leads one of the most powerful pirate group in Limsa Lominsa.

    The guy in blue next to her is Carvallain and he leads the 2nd more powerful pirate group in Limsa Lominsa and I believe both of them are either dating or married.

    Actually their crews are sworn rivals. 2014 Valentione Event featured Rhoswen having a crush on Carvallain, but it didn't end well and they stayed on their position. They both give newbie quests in which they insult each other with passion XD

    Her name is Rhoswen, she's at The Missing Member in Limsa Lominsa.

    Oh ok! now I remember those 2 pirates. Strange that they'd illustrate such irrelevant npcs for the initial city-state artwork. Here I thought she was the never seen musketeer guild leader

    They are all the main characters in the city states and all the guild masters. I love on Limsa Lominsa side they have the *actual* guildmaster behind the girl that you receive your quests from XD.
