The Wanderer's Palace

The Lost City of Amdapor
Halatali (Hard)
Brayflox's Longstop (Hard)
Hullbreaker Isle
The Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Hard)

** moved to High Level Roulette (from Expert) as of Patch 2.5

Expert:
The Keeper of the Lake
The Wanderer's Palace (Hard)
Amdapor Keep (Hard)

Expert dungeons are all new with Patch 2.5 -- The Keeper of the Lake is found on main story line and the two new HM's are done via quests from Mor Dhona. The last two are just getting the quest and then going to speak to NPC/entrances.
