i think 65 days would be plenty of inactivity timer personally ... 30 days someones sub might have slipped but after 60+ days chances are slim they are returning and the land / housing plot should be utilized by people who are activly playing the game.. go ahead and flame but lots of dead fcs and inactive players with used up plots..
