    @ kael no not at all once u buy n build your house it should be urs forever no matter how active or not u are.. simply put its purely SE responsibility to keep up with supply n demand they make more then enough money with monthly fees + vanity cash shop to add more zones once in a while why should the older players lose what they worked hard for just cause the newer players think they are more entitled to it then less active players are?? do you lose ur house/flat in real life if u continue to pay rent/land rates but not stay there?? no u dont so why should pixels be any different?? we pay for it so its ours not our fault newer players or those who made money slower miss out

    But if you're unsubscribed, you are not "paying rent". Also, some countries (including mine) allow people to claim ownership of abandoned houses if they can fix them up and make them become living places again (a building requires certain electricity circuits and plumbing systems before it can be legally labeled as a living place again). It's how we fix the issue of abandoned houses in the countryside, and at the same time, of the homeless.

    You can put it in every way you want, but the truth is that SE does not have the system to give a home to everyone (only 2% of the population can, as of now), and people who bought a house did not work any harder than those who made the money for it but have no plots left to buy. The only difference is that someone got them first and the other didn't. If you are not paying for the game, what rights do you have over someone who instead is paying the subscription, made the gil for a house, and is waiting for available plots? None. You lose your rights of claiming anything in the game the moment you stop paying for it. It's in the terms of service and it should be reflected in the housing system too.
