Steps:
1. Switched from Maelstrom to Immortal Flames 2\6\2015.
2. Won a game.
3. Open Achievements Window
4. Select Battle
5. Select Frontline
6. Select Achievement "Behind Enemy Lines"
7. Description reads "Guide any of the three Grand Companies to a total of 200 Frontline victories combined."
8. Achievement not adding to win totals correctly when you win(first place) in a Frontlines match.
9. Achievement doesn't update if your current Grand Company has less wins(first place) than any of your previous Grand Companies.

I'm prety sure the "combined" refers to the two rulesets. Not the three grand companies.
