Static members are expected to:
• arrive on time prepared for raid
• accept and grow from criticism
• have a complete understanding of their job and roll
• devise positive ways of addressing issues
• have a genuine devotion to progressing through end-game content
• inform leaders ahead of time of possible absence or tardiness
• have access to and be willing to communicate through Teamspeak
• always be willing to improve
