Summary: When casting Fire 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 1, and Blizzard 1 on Kaliya each has failed to register in some way. It may only be in the final phase. Sometimes it only fails once, sometimes it fails multiples times in a row. I have noticed the spells use mana and not register the respective Umbral or Astral buffs, and I have also noticed the buff fall off while the spells fail to consume mana, as if they did not trigger at all.
I am accuracy capped. The spells did not miss.

Are you sure you aren't trying to hit it while it's invulnerable? Any attacks that are completely mitaigated don't activate their aditional effects.
