I'm on PS4 and the chatlog text size is still too small

I increased the text size to 20pt in the options, but my text is still smaller than what I'd prefer it to be. Expanding the chatlog window only expands the window. The text size still stays the same. Is there any way to fix this?

go in to Log Window Settings tab to "Log Details" and you will see Font Size 1 General 2 Battle.. etc change from 12 to 20
if that still to small for you, only way is that you have to play this game at "HD quality" your game is set at Full HD quality to chnage this go to System Configuration Tab down to Display Settings and change to (Standard: Play the game in HD quality)
but for best FF14 experience is playing this game in Full HD quality setting

get mouse for ps4 and just drag it to make 2 or 4 separate windows
or you can try using ps4 touchpad
