Hello,

I have contacted technical support over 8 hours ago regarding removing one time password from my account. My Android software token all of the sudden asks me to enter registration information which I can't do as I cannot login to Account Management without One Time Password. I didn't receive any confirmation on my e-mail that you have received my message. I am aware it's weekend time but how long does it normally take to resolve that sort of issue?
