Party Member Trading

hello. i think it would be a good idea to allow us to trade party members from one alliance to the other. this will be good for 24-man instances.

i think this could be good because...

1.) although the content is designed to allow any formation to succeed, i still think anyone willing to utilize this feature could increase overall success rate for that instance.

2.) it could help reduce the amount jobs stacked in to one alliance. like if one alliance has 3 or 4 of something, they could trade 1 or 2 of those between other alliances. that is, if they aren't in the same situation with the same job. but this will also help reduce the competition on loot rolls for those players.

3.) there was a 3, but i forgot it.
