    Disabling one time password

    Hello,

    I have contacted technical support over 8 hours ago regarding removing one time password from my account. My Android software token all of the sudden asks me to enter registration information which I can't do as I cannot login to Account Management without One Time Password. I didn't receive any confirmation on my e-mail that you have received my message. I am aware it's weekend time but how long does it normally take to resolve that sort of issue?

    If you wrote down your emergency removal password you can enter it on the removal page here: https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...vc/coercioncan

    Then it'll remove the token from your account. Unfortunately if you didn't write it down you'll have to wait for tech support to reply or ring them (people have suggested ringing will get a quicker resolution, but I've no personal experience of that).

    Just wanted to also post so that you weren't waiting on a reply on these forums because they're mostly community driven and the only official replies from SE Staff are on a handful of gameplay threads, very rarely anything technical and only then when they affect multiple people.
