I have an animus as well, so I changed to that and started using my choco. The results were startling - 22 fates and 6 alex drops.

So is it a difference in drop rate per weapon?

I would guess it's actually different per tier of weapon you use... Or Animus got boosted while the others didn't. Haven't done tests with Nexus or Zodiac so can't tell, but for Novus I did notice that since I got it I only got 3 Alexandrites in 61 FATEs.

Novus might have lower Alexandrite drop rate because you get Nexus lights from the FATEs... Even if it's only Feeble... That's just pure speculation though.

The drop rate is not 10%. It was 10% for the first week, it's back to 1% or less again. I have done 500 fates and got a whole 3 of the things.

Relics are ment to take time and they have already increased the droprate. My guess is that you are just very unlucky. Those days I farmed I have gotten 20+ each day from just fates.

EACH day?! I wish I could get as many as 2 farming for the day! Man it's either extremely lucky or extremely unlucky, there's no middle ground here!
