Horrible lag in Frontlines?

I've been experiencing extremely bad lag recently, where I can barely even cast a thing ( It would show the animation, targets getting hit by the attack, but no damage, or healing happening. ) People teleporting from one place to another, and just messed up stuff happening.
Anyone else has been experiencing this? Or know any solutions? It's very frustrating as this prevents me from joining any games.

Well yeah ... with that many people in such close proximity to each other and the garish spell effects of FF its a wonder anyone sees anything. The only thing I can offer in the form of advice is to turn down all your settings and make sure nothing is running in the background that hogs bandwidth. Also, you could just queue for Secure but you could be waiting for hours doing that.

I've been experiencing extreme rubberbanding for the last week or so in instances. So bad that it's been hard to play frontlines.

I just had horrible lag in a match... couldn't even swiftcast anything because the cast wouldn't go through.
