Admins, DO SOMETHING

This game has by far the worse administration in place! I am on Mateus, one of the least populated servers and as such in ever corner of the game you can find third party users power leveling characters to sell.

To make matters worse, the Administration clearly doesn't give a crap about making this game balanced or preserving it. There are fifteen players right now as I type this, all dressed exactly the same, all stationary, all the same class, casting the same spells over and over again in Black Brush region.

To further add insult to this, I have made MULTIPLE reports and yet this continues... This sends a clear message to players that you, the Admin, do not care about the integrity of the game so long as you are getting a pay check. My FC is tired of Mateus being populated with Hackers and you guys let it happen that we are considering disbanding the FC and look for another game.

In every mmo you will see these kinds of things. It's not that the Admins don't care, for in fact they do (given how often they post how many accounts they have taken action against), it's that it is a never ending war between the game developers and the cheaters.

Every time SE does security updates, it's only a matter of time before cheaters can get around it.

And you got to think about the amount of reports the admins get per day. Your report might be a in queue behind many other reports and it may take some time before yours is looked at and I don't know how they sort out these reports but I'd imagine some investigation has to be undertaken for it.
