They just recently added the "If you abandon your queue, you will get a 30 minute lock out" warning when withdrawing form a Duty Queue Pop. I don't think it would be much to add the warning for the loot lock out :/

It's already mentioned in enough places. People that fail to read it deserve to face the consequences.
Really? What do you want? A pop up and an alarm to go off so even some dumb person who can't read won't roll on things? It's above the box where you roll for loot it explains the lockout to you and when it resets. It's also in plenty of other places. What more do you want? The only people who screw this up are people who never read anything so why are they going to read another annoying pop up that you get every time you roll on loot?
I think a confirmation when selecting need/greed on lockout stuff would be nice. It's rare but Ive had some friends accidentally greed on something cause they are clicking too fast.
The number of people that ask what is locked when I make a Need > Greed PF group for Shiva EX kinda infuriates me sometimes. I even make sure Need > Greed is visible in the PF listing without having to have it selected. These people are usually the ones that for some reason stick around but talk like the are being forced to stay and complain the entire time and bail after a single mistake. But no one reads most of the information that's given to them by the devs in the game (or even anywhere else for that matter), hell half the time they don't even read the comments in Party Finder.... Human nature is a human's biggest enemy....

There is no such message. Everyone is pulling your leg. If there was you would have seen it.
