Lightning event WHM/BLM weapons

I don't like most WHM weapons. They just don't look right most of the time. I'd love to glamour it into a wand. I don't even understand why we even get wands if we can't glamour. I'd also like to add, with Lalafell the staff clips into the floor! It's too long so a wand would be nice. I do actually like the Ifrit staff, i know some don't but it's too long for Lalafell
