We have job cooldowns for that kind of thing. A LB is a thing a team works for.

But it doesn't have to be.

This might be cool if there was actually an open world mob that was dangerous and something like this might help. Not much use in it when most mobs die within the same time as it takes to even cast an lb.

Could somehow bring it back towards Desperation Attack (FF6) for solo usage. A chance ability that happens at low HP, depending on how strong they are, could even let them be used in parties. Hell maybe the Echo could boost the chance of them happening in event battle/party situations, if a group is having that much trouble. That way its not just another cool-down but something to react to.

They already exist in Slaughter mode as adrenaline. I don't see why they can't exist in open world
