If you just started, the DPS (some of them) might be very well geared above you. Just do what you can. As someone said, just the fact that you try to watch the adds and gather them up is wonderful. Also, be fast (can be harder with a larger mob group) to see what the mob you just lost enmity with is beating on. As long as it is another tank, ok fine, turn your attention to what you have remaining.
