    GM question

    How long does it usually take for a GM to respond to your messages? I made a forum post about my legacy titles not showing up, and the moderator told me to contact a GM in game. I have been doing just that for weeks, and have yet to get into contact with a GM. I made sure to not be in any duties while waiting and all that jazz.

    I had to use file report 3 times, twice because of platinum eternal bonding and once... I don't really remember why. They always answered in about 1 hour.

    Thanks for the reply! Turns out I have been using the "report bug" problem and not actually contacting a GM. I feel pretty stupid now.. lol

    No problem, by the way I used it a few times too but I didn't think you would do that because there is written that "they won't be able to provide individual response." xD
    So we are both stupid.
