Maybe because the macro system we have here is already inefficient? Going by your example, which is using a str potion then second wind in one button, you know what the result is gonna be half the time? You'll end up casting second wind and then using the potion.

I have never had anything like that ever happen in game. My macros have always activated in order of operation. Maybe your network connection is poor?

Unless you're crafting then wait is a godsend.

happens to me too sometimes. I set a few CDs to venomous shot and i can mash it all day and venomous shot itself won't activate until i stop and wait.

Maybe some skills share the same CD?

i have a macro that activate with click 1 Mantra, click 2 Internal Release and click 3 Second Wind, without /wait. And the order don't change.
