Alright I know this has been said a lot but I think it needs more attention.

As we grow closer and closer to the games first expansion, I think introducing an ingame parser that is standard for all platforms with the launch of Heavensward is the perfect time for it.

Let's face it. At this point, the only thing not having this in-game is doing, is hurting the playerbase.
It makes a lot of people spread misinformation because they think something that isn't true because they couldn't actually see any info on:
-How much they healed during the fight
-How much damage they did during the fight.
-Average damage per second during the fight.

For a game that has a DPS check in majority of its encounters, this is a silly thing to not have.

Even more so when the game is on 3 separate platforms. So with this you get only some PC players who are able to see this information, and then a huge chunk of the rest of the games playerbase who has no access to any of that information.

Now I want to say, why would the expansion be the best time to implement this?
Because with this, players will get to see their power levels rise as they level 50-60, and then 60 onwards while gearing up.

Sure, now we see bigger numbers with better gear, or we can feel that increase in our GCD with more spell/skill speed.
But with an ingame parser, we will be able to see, "Hey at level 52 I was doing xxx damage. Now that I'm level 60 I'm doing xxx damage."
We still obviously see our actual attacks hit higher, but with a parser we get to see a more accurate representation of your damage output on any given fight.

Just because your attacks may hit for 1.9k doesn't mean you're doing good damage on the fight and this is what leads to players thinking they're doing the rotation well but they aren't.

The game would only benefit from this. Let's make it happen.
