Error 24202, anybody can help understanding what's going on ?

A friend of mine would like to try out FF14 but she's getting this error when trying to set her click and buy continous payment for it
This is her first square account and she already used c&b to buy other stuff on the internet
In her c&b profile the continous payment results active but looks like c&b and square can't communicate very well
Did anybody else had this same problem and was able to find a solution/way to resolve it ?

I don't think you have to buy anything with click&buy since the game is free right now.

All you need to do is purchase a copy of the game. Register your code's to a SE account and then add an option to your FFXIV service in order to play..

Problem solved by trying a different browser (in this case from mozilla to explorer)
