Hunt scholars should mention whether a S rank is available to spawn/on respawn.

Ever since cross-world became available, there has been a problem with people actively attempting to spawn/solo S rank hunt marks for the sake of depriving others (They've made it rather clear with mocking remarks/emotes towards the organized hunters they're seeking to inconvenience).

This wouldn't be too bad if not for the fact if nobody knows when the hunt died except for the person who killed it, anyone else who attempts to spawn it in the future is effectively shooting blind.

This leads to the hunts going missing for weeks on end due to being repeatedly killed by either the person who killed it previously bagging it again or some random player bopping it because nobody had any idea when it would be available to spawn.

Having the ability to check when a hunt is actually available at its respective hunt scholar would make things more fair for everyone and also prevent people from wasting their time attempting tedious spawn conditions when the hunt can't even appear yet.

They could simply remark after the usual hunt hint that the signs of the S rank were located recently (Spawn window is open) or that it hasn't been seen in a while (Spawn window is not open).
