Requirements:
Turn 9 clear and access to FCOB
Appropriate gear and stats for T10+ on auditioning class
Teamspeak3 AND microphone
Effective communication skills
Willingness to collaborate to resolve problems and roadblocks
Willingness to take constructive criticism
Positive attitude
Patience, high energy, dedication and a sense of humor

Highly Preferred:
Class and/or role flexibility
Flexibility of schedule (we may look to add or change raid times should it become necessary or beneficial to the needs of the group)

Additional Notes:
Loot rules involve Primary and Secondary classes; Primary classes are need rolls and Secondaries are greed rolls (other members will pass loot to those with Secondary class designations). Loot not claimed by any Primary or Secondary members' classes will be free to greed by all. Gear/Weapon upgrade/augmentation items may be needed by those who can use it on their Primary (Raiding) class immediately.

Drama is not tolerated but plenty of fun is encouraged! Food/potions/etc. will be required in FCOB: bring your own or contribute mats for free/discounted items from our static.
